The problem. A traditional Delhi manufacturing business, entirely offline, selling only to local vendors. To scale, they needed pan-India B2B buyers, without a big ad budget.
What I built. A brand website, a Facebook to WhatsApp funnel to qualify leads, all the print and digital assets (catalogue, sticker, visiting card, logo), organic content posted regularly, and Meta ad tests on top.
The outcome. 1L+ organic Facebook reach, 150+ WhatsApp enquiries and 50+ qualified B2B leads. All organic. The business is now profitable online with a repeatable lead engine.
