Overview
KS Industries is a Delhi based manufacturing startup. Everything ran offline, sales came only from local vendors, and the business had no online presence. The goal was simple: reach wholesalers and distributors in other states, scale sales, and do it without a big ad budget.
What I Did
  • Built the business website end to end
  • Designed the full brand kit: logo, product catalogue, packaging sticker, visiting card
  • Set up a Facebook to WhatsApp funnel to qualify B2B leads automatically
  • Ran an organic content system on Facebook, posted regularly, joined relevant B2B groups
  • Handled every WhatsApp conversation, shared rate lists, closed the first orders myself
  • Tested Meta ads on top to see what could scale further
Impact
1L+ organic Facebook reach, 150+ WhatsApp enquiries and 50+ qualified B2B leads. All organic, with almost no ad spend. The business went from struggling to close local orders to a repeatable inbound funnel from across India, and is now profitable with room to scale into paid ads.
